This Photography & Media Usage Policy explains how Lumiere One Events may use photographs, videos, testimonials, venue images, supplier images, styled imagery, and other media connected to events, venues, and services.
1. Purpose of This Policy
Lumiere One Events uses imagery and media to present the atmosphere, detail, setting, and guest experience of the celebrations we plan or support.

2. Client Event Photography
Where Lumiere One Events plans, hosts, coordinates, or supports an event, we may request permission to use selected photos, videos, testimonials, or event details for portfolio and marketing purposes.
We will not intentionally publish private client information, private guest details, or identifiable event images without appropriate permission.

If a client or guest asks for a specific image to be removed from Lumiere One Events platforms, we will review the request and act reasonably, subject to our legal rights and any third-party publication limits.
5. Photographer and Supplier Rights
Photographers, videographers, venues, and suppliers may own copyright in images, videos, and other media they create.
Lumiere One Events will aim to use such content only where:
- Permission has been granted
- A licence has been obtained
- The content was provided for marketing use
- The content is owned by Lumiere One Events
- The content is licensed stock or properly sourced
- Use is otherwise legally permitted
Where required, credits may be added to images, captions, blog posts, or portfolio entries.
6. Venue and Supplier Images
Venue and supplier images may be used to showcase potential event settings, recommended venues, supplier capabilities, or inspiration concepts.
Unless clearly stated, such images should not be understood as events planned by Lumiere One Events.
If a venue or supplier wishes to update, correct, or remove media associated with them, they may contact us.
7. Styled, Stock, and Inspiration Images
Because Lumiere One Events is a growing brand, some website images may be styled, licensed, stock, AI-assisted, or inspiration imagery.

As real Lumiere One Events projects are completed, the website portfolio may be updated with approved real event imagery.

Social media platforms have their own terms and privacy settings. Lumiere One Events is not responsible for third-party platform use of content.
10. Removal Requests
If you believe an image, video, testimonial, or media item has been used incorrectly, please contact us with:
- The relevant image or content link
- Your name and contact details
- Your relationship to the image or event
- The reason for the request
- Any supporting information
We will review the request and respond reasonably.
11. No Unauthorised Copying
