This Venue & Supplier Disclaimer explains how Lumiere One Events works with third-party venues, hotels, villas, resorts, suppliers, and event professionals.
1. Third-Party Venues
Lumiere One Events may recommend, introduce, or showcase venues to clients based on the event style, guest count, preferred location, budget, guest experience, and planning needs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, venues shown or recommended by Lumiere One Events are independently owned and operated.
Lumiere One Events does not own, operate, manage, or control third-party venues.
2. Venue Information
Any venue information we provide may include:

- Capacity
- Event spaces
- Accommodation options
- Packages
- Menus
- Photos or videos
- Availability guidance
- Venue rules
- Contact details
Venue information may change at any time and must be confirmed directly with the venue before any booking or commitment.
Lumiere One Events cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, capacity, pricing, rules, or suitability of any venue unless confirmed in writing by the venue.
3. Permission to Showcase Venues
Where Lumiere One Events showcases a venue on the website, in proposals, or to clients, we aim to do so with appropriate permission or based on information lawfully provided by the venue or publicly available sources.
Being shown on the website, in a proposal, or in a curated venue recommendation does not automatically mean the venue is an official partner unless clearly stated.
4. Confirmed Partners
A venue or supplier should only be described as a “partner,” “preferred partner,” or “approved partner” where there is clear permission or an agreed relationship.
Until then, venue references should be understood as curated options, venue leads, or potential event settings.
5. Third-Party Suppliers
Lumiere One Events may recommend or coordinate with suppliers such as:
- Caterers
- Florists
- Stylists
- Decorators
- Rental companies
- Photographers
- Videographers
- Musicians
- DJs
- Entertainers
- Production teams
- Transport providers

- Celebrants or officiants

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, suppliers are independent third parties responsible for their own services, prices, contracts, insurance, licences, availability, conduct, and performance.

For weddings in Cyprus, legal requirements, documentation, timelines, ceremony rules, and municipality procedures may apply.
Unless Lumiere One Events has specifically agreed in writing to assist with legal wedding paperwork, clients are responsible for confirming and completing all legal marriage requirements with the relevant authorities.
9. Images and Venue Photography
Venue images shown by Lumiere One Events may be:
- Provided by the venue
- Provided by suppliers
- Provided by photographers
- Licensed stock images
- Placeholder inspiration images
- Lumiere One Events content
- Publicly available images used with appropriate permission where required

10. No Guarantee of Availability
Venue and supplier availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the relevant venue or supplier and any required payment or agreement has been completed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing venue and supplier terms carefully before entering into any agreement or making payments.
This includes reviewing:

- Payment dates
- Deposit terms
- Refund rules
- Cancellation terms
