Vissari Venue is a private luxury event villa in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, created for intimate destination celebrations, refined private gatherings, and elevated corporate experiences. With Mediterranean views, elegant indoor and outdoor spaces, private accommodation, and a signature rooftop terrace, Vissari offers a setting where each event can unfold with privacy, atmosphere, and ease. Designed for weddings, welcome dinners, marriage proposals, milestone birthdays, private villa parties, brand gatherings, executive retreats, and VIP experiences, the venue brings together the warmth of Cyprus hospitality with the flexibility of a private residence.



Across its different levels, Vissari offers a natural flow for celebrations. The pool area creates a relaxed setting for arrivals, welcome receptions, and daytime hosting, while the ground floor features a designer living room, dining area, piano, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, veranda, and dedicated photo area. The lower level provides three private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen and living room with direct pool access. On the first floor, two sea-view bedrooms offer an elegant space for newlyweds, VIP guests, organisers, or wedding preparations, with natural light and refined interiors ideal for photography and pre-event moments.



The rooftop is Vissari’s signature feature — an atmospheric open-air space for sunset cocktails, private dinners, rooftop parties, presentations, and evening celebrations. With a jacuzzi, bar, BBQ zone, lounge area, dining table for 10 guests, sun loungers, shower and toilet, and TV screen for entertainment or business use, it gives the venue a distinctive Mediterranean character. Located close to Sandy Bay Beach, Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa Centre, and Larnaca Airport, Vissari is especially suited to private events of approximately 20–30 guests, with overnight accommodation for up to 12 guests and full event support from Lumiere One Events.
